Our playground is located in the city-owned public park at 12th Avenue and Kingston Street NW, west of the Chief Crowfoot School (also known as the Maria Montessori Education Centre).
The rest of the park is also free to use, and can be booked for events through the city's Live-and-Play website.
2026 will mark 20 years since our community playground was first built. The play surface and equipment are now reaching their end-of-life and a major upgrade is planned for the summer of 2027. The new Community Playground will incorporate a colorful range of attractions inspired by our golf course heritage.
Many thanks to the generous financial support of our “Masters” sponsors who have played a very large part in making our golf playground vision become a reality, namely the City of Calgary, Maria Montessori Education Centre at Chief Crowfoot School and Parks Foundation Calgary. Their joint contributions covered about 90% of the $675,000 budget.
Now it’s up to you to help raise the remaining $60,000 to complete our funding goal. We have many sponsorship opportunities remaining and a donation of $100 or more will be eligible for a tax-deductible donation receipt.
