The City crew is onsite.
As of late afternoon, they have not found the issue. They suspect it is a problem with the main waterline - but do not yet know for sure. They are working to get it sorted asap.
There is a water truck just behind the location where the photo above was taken.
If you need water, please feel free to use the truck. You do have to bring your own bucket and look for the lever that allows for water flow.
