There is still time to get your (very low-cost) community membership for the upcoming year (Nov 1, 2025 to Oct 31st, 2026).
These are the benefits:
Supports our community, including the work of residents who volunteer on the board. The community association manages projects and issues that affect us.
Includes free or low-cost events (Neighbour Day, community cleanup, 55+ group, children’s activities). Also includes lobbying for changes where needed. Think development pressures, zoning, traffic and more.
Supports the Building Connected Community project (works on ways to help us get to know each other).
Allows free access to the tennis courts and reduced rates on hall rental.
Supports maintenance of the community hall.

Membership is only $30/year for families and $20/year for seniors (+65).
