Play for Saint Andrews Heights (SAH) intra-community U4 to U8 teams or for University Heights (UH) inter-community teams

Note that all families registering their children for either SAH intra-community teams or UH inter-community teams must have a current SAH community association membership.  Membership is a liability insurance coverage requirement for community association sports activities.  Contact Gwen Schaefer, SAHCA Membership Coordinator, for further information:

This is a wonderful opportunity for your children and you to meet other neighborhood parents and children!
Unfortunately, you are not able to register or pay for SAH intra-community soccer online.  To register, please download the 2019 SAHCA Soccer Registration Form and either send the completed registration form to the SAH Soccer Coordinator, Simon Baines, at or drop off the completed registration form to 2526 – 11 Avenue NW.

Please mail or drop off payment to 2526 – 11 Avenue NW T2N 1H5 at your earliest convenience.  Please do not mail the registration form or payment to the SAH Community Hall or drop off at the Community Hall mail box.  Make all cheques payable to St. Andrews Heights Community Association or SAHCA.

The registration fee includes: play field rental, coaching and referee clinics, medallions, team and individual photos and the end of season Soccerfest & BBQ.

Team jerseys are required for the U6 and U8 teams.  However, players are free to use last seasons’ team jerseys and thus opt out of the purchase of a new team jersey.  When indicating the jersey size information on the registration form, if there is a desired jersey number you would like, please specify that number and I will endeavor to provide.  Jerseys will be purchased closer to the beginning of the season and will be made available on the first day of practice.


All teams (U4, U6 and U8) play on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm starting April 15th and ending June 19th (weather permitting).

All games are on the playfields at Chief Crowfoot.  There are no scheduled games played outside of Saint Andrews Heights.

Volunteers make it happen!

The SAHCA soccer program needs coaches, assistant coaches, equipment managers, field maintenance and refreshment coordinators as well as end of season Soccerfest & BBQ organizers, please note this on your registration form.

Please note that all volunteer coaches will be required to undergo a police background check.  If you volunteer then a respresentative of the SAHCA will contact you with respect to this process, and the SAHCA will cover the cost of the background check.

Soccer coaching clinics for volunteer coaches for all age groups will be held on a Saturday in April at the Brentwood Sportsplex.  Access to coaching web sites will be provided – get game ideas, practice drills that really work and strategies for coaching at every age level.


Saint Andrews Heights Community Association Membership entitles SAHCA Members to register to play on the UH inter-community teams without having to buy a UH Community Association Membership.
