Many community members provided feedback on the proposed development on the corner of 13th Avenue and St Andrews Place.
The developer has now made a few changes and resubmitted their proposal. The City is requesting review and feedback of the revised proposal.
Many are noticing the changes are minimal. This makes them assume the City has only extended the original comment deadline.
If you assume that, you are not likely to comment again. This opens the door to City approval on a proposal with very minor changes. Previous concerns that have not been addressed on the revised plan are no longer up for consideration – unless sent in again.
In addition, the deadline for comments is not clear – which increases the possibility people don’t act fast enough to have their concerns heard.
The new deadline is May 1st, 2025.

Please provide feedback to the City (using the ‘share your comments’ button on the above link) before the deadline.
Also – keep an eye out for another request for comments, which may or may not happen, after further changes by the developer in response to this set of comments.
