St Andrews Heights Community Association has been selected to participate in a Building Connected Communities project. We are hiring a part-time Community Connector position to engage residents, foster connections, and help identify local strengths, opportunities, and resources. As a community connector, a deep understanding of and connection to the community host organization is essential. You will play a key role in building relationships and fostering local engagement.
The hiring committee is comprised of representatives from St Andrews Heights and the host organization Carya: CDLI, who will also cover all wages and program costs. Start date is mid-March or April 1st.
The wages are $26/hr with up to 12.5 hours per week until December 31, 2026. If you are interested in more information or to apply to this project please go to Join Our Team - Carya Calgary. Interviews will be conducted as soon as we find suitable candidates, so please submit your application asap.
SAHCA is also developing a steering committee to help direct this position and our community building plans. We look forward to engaging a range of interested residents in March, with more information to follow.
