One of our neighbours had a rough followup to the magic of Christmas Day.
In the early morning hours of Boxing Day, they had a ‘visitor.’ A young male stopped by to check out the backyard. When he couldn’t get into the garage, he visited the shed. There he selected a few hand tools to keep.
The neighbour does have a security system and camera. They got good photos, but didn’t have the alert turned on, so didn’t realize until later.
Because of their loss, they want to remind other neighbours to make sure your things are secured.
Crime is supposed to be down in our part of the city - but that doesn’t mean it’s at zero. Our neighbour is very disappointed.
Stay alert. Stay locked. Add further protection where it might be best to add.
