Nello Cultrera, a cherished member of the St. Andrew’s Heights community, has sadly passed away.
Nello and his wife, Sylvia, moved to St. Andrew’s Heights in 1975, where they lovingly raised their three children: Corrado, Francesca and Angelo. Nello was deeply involved in the community, coaching soccer and spending countless hours at the ice rink with the kids during winter.
Together, Nello and Sylvia owned several Country Style Donut franchises and generously donated much from these shops to support the neighbourhood kids’ teams. Their home was always a welcoming space where neighbourhood children were free to stop by and enjoy Nello's warm hospitality and their well known backyard Christmas Wonderland display. Nello was also known for his willingness to lend a helping hand to any neighbour in need.
He will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
