There will be a meeting of the Restrictive Covenant RC874GQ group at the St Andrews Heights Community Hall at 7pm on (Monday) November 11th.
If you are unsure whether your property has this restrictive covenant, please check the map above. Properties with the darker blocks are included.
The group will review where they are along the path they are charting and talk about next steps.
The group is now larger thanks to the efforts of the block captains. However, there are still many homeowners who are affected, but not yet aware or involved.
There will be a special guest - Curtis Marble, of the Calgary law firm Carbert Waite.
Curtis is a very well-known restrictive covenant expert and is currently advising a large proportion of the Calgary communities that have restrictive covenant initiatives. He will share his insights with restrictive covenants, new and old, and take questions.
Others are also welcome, however bear in mind the meeting will prioritize the business of RC874GQ.
