Recently our communication person sent out a message about something that wasn’t happening — as if you should mark your calendar and plan to attend.
Yep, it was a mistake.
Now another board member has also made an error error.
She said there is no electronic recycling at the community cleanup event Sunday. Except, oops, that was a mistake.
TechnoTrash will be there — collecting electronics free of charge.
Get rid of that weird ol’ TV / computer / printer / keyboard (and more) that no longer works from the olden days. It’s taking up space! Way too much space.
Junk it!
But junk it wisely.
The event is in the parking lot east of the SAH Hall between 9am and 1pm Sunday September 29th.
Don’t forget there are a whole bunch of other things you can also drop off - like that old lazy boy that’s too lazy to keep you comfie, workout equipment that quit working out, the dog house no one will stay in … And so on.
It’s true there are items that cannot be accepted. If you are unsure, please check the City of Calgary website.
However, no question, electronics can go.
Bring it. The right it. Tomorrow!
If you can arrange for new (high powered) brains for the two board members, that would also be lovely. :)
