One of our neighbours found two pairs of running shoes in a bag in their backyard. We are fairly certain Mr Coyote does not need or want them.

If you recognize who these belong to, please reply to this eNews with your name and phone number. We will send it to the person who found them. Then the two of you can make arrangements to run them back home.

Thank you to the neighbour who took the time to ask about finding the owner. That’s a good neighbour!

The last eNews (sent out earlier today) said that the pedestrian bridge would be lifted into place over night on … March 21st. Except it’s not March. It’s August 21st (coming up this week).

How on earth did I mess up that timeline?

I am blaming it on the coyote. Yes, that coyote is trouble!!!

Okay, never mind. It’s me me me. Running from my mistakes.

The intersection at 16th Avenue and 29th Street NW will be closed in both directions on August 21st between 1am and 5am.
