|| = || _ KEEP AN EYE OUT
One of our neighbours saw this bobcat and cubs in his yard today. This was on Hamilton Street.
While it’s a beautiful creature, the neighbour wanted to remind others to be careful. We don’t want any pets or children (or anyone else) to get hurt.

On another note, we had a different neighbour report someone coming to the door under suspicious circumstances. The guy said he was from Chief Crowfoot School but had a story that felt ‘off’ to the home owner. Could it have been a scammer?
Similar door-to-door scams often include asking for money (‘give me money, I’ll give it to the school’), scoping out a property to come back later to breakin - or trying to gain info about any children living there.
We have since learned the doorknocker was legit. We have also been in touch with the school to request better communications (and to offer our support). We are happy to sendout any info the school needs to share so residents are not caught off-guard.
The school is seeking support for install of TELUS fibre optic cable at the school.
We will update further as we are given details. As always, please remind your neighbours, and others who might be affected, to sign up for our eNews.
