|| = || _ HELP A NEIGHBOUR
One of our elderly neighbours (in St Andrews Heights) needs some help.
His family would like to keep him in his own home as long as possible. However, he can’t really manage daily life anymore.
They are looking for a person or two willing to provide some (paid) hours of support. Duties include preparing lunch (and helping him eat), making sure there is something good on TV - and being present to know that he’s safe. You might be watching TV while he snoozes in the chair. .
The family does have other caregivers coming in around the clock. It’s just there are sometimes gaps. The hours might be regularly scheduled - or could be on call (depending on what works for everybody).
