This guy was caught on security camera in a neighbour’s yard. He appeared homeless. While he didn’t take anything, he seemed to be scouting. The neighbour wishes to alert others.

SAHCA is committed to increasing awareness in order to decrease opportunity for those causing trouble in our community. We encourage residents to:
- secure their homes, garages, vehicles, yards and other belongings,
- to install cameras and alarms where possible,
- to report to police (and 'Hood Watch) as needed, and
- to watch out for each other.
We will continue updating on suspicious events in St Andrews Heights using the headline 'HOOD WATCH.
